Rockingham’s choice motel accommodation offers affordability and simplicity, yet quality and comfort, to ensure an enjoyable stay. Our location in central Rockingham is ideal: just a short stroll across the road to Rockingham Shopping Centre, and fantastic beaches are just a few minutes away.
All of our accommodation units are located on the ground floor, next to our busy Swinging Pig beer garden, where you will find live entertainment most nights of the week. Please keep in mind that we are pub accommodation and are a small operation.
On Thursday nights and weekends we have DJs playing in our Bali Bar and live bands in Bar Indigo on Saturday nights. Although we close at midnight on those evenings, there is a risk of noise overflow from these areas due to entertainment and patrons leaving.

We are located on the corner of Chalgrove Avenue and Read Street, opposite the Rockingham City Shopping Centre. A commonplace, so any taxi can bring you here.
If traveling from the Train Station:
* Buses 558 / 557 / 920 / 555 will get you to the Rockingham City Shopping Centre
* We are located on the NNW side (opposite Coles and BP)
If traveling from the Rockingham Beach Foreshore
* Walk to Patterson Road
* Buses 825 / 555 will connect you to Contest Pde
* We are located approx 900m in a WSW direction down Central Promenade
If traveling driving from Perth
* Drive south on Kwinana Freeway for approx 20km
* Take the Thomas Rd exit and turn left toward Rockingham/Mandurah
* Turn left on to Read St then a slight left on to Chalgrove Ave. The Leisure Inn is on the left.

With entertainment six nights of the week, dining and accommodation, The Leisure Inn is the one stop entertainment venue in Rockingham for both relaxation and play. The Swinging Pig - An English themed Bar & Bistro, with Large Beer Garden, and regular Entertainment. Most believe this is a stand alone pub but it is the face, heart, and soul of The Leisure Inn.
Bar Indigo/Bali Bar - Rockingham's untapped resource - Host to some of Perth's best DJ's and Bands, these areas are also available for Functions.
Sidelines Sports Bar - Need to see the big game/fight, and don't have access Fox Sports or Pay-per-View, Sidelines is the place for you. Great 'public bar' meals and drink specials, daily happy hours, TAB and 6 big screen TV's.
